Master Lash Artist/ Educator/Owner
While serving Lash Out! as our concierge and client since 2006, Monica pursued her esthetician license at National
Cosmetology Beauty School, and we are so thrilled that she has now risen to become the proud owner of Lash Out! In addition to the tough training she received at school, Monica apprenticed here at Lash Out!, and knows our business better than anyone. With over 19 years of customer service experience and a devoted interest in the artistry of lash extensions, she takes an extra interest in making our services as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Monica says: “I am passionate about offering my clients extraordinary service every time they visit. Proper application is always key here at Lash Out! It is a huge compliment when clients don't even look in the mirror as they know exactly what they're getting as they leave our salon!”

Monica is a warm, enthusiastic “people person” with a complimentary attention to detail which really makes her an ideal lash artist. She is a major foodie and loves to travel the world! Music, singing and dancing is also her thang! Her family means everything to her! A Sonoma County Native with a wide circle of friends, she loves spending her free time with her husband and 3 dogs Tyson, Mira and Boston. Enjoying life with their baby boy Maverick who is keeping them on their toes, precious and perfect!

Lexi
Salon Coordinator

As our Salon Coordinator, Lexi was one of our very first lash models, so she has made important contributions to Lash Out! since the very beginning. A licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of industry experience, she trained as an apprentice, a junior artist then a Top at Lash Out! and has also been a hairstylist, so she really gets the “whole look” of each client. With her comprehensive background in the beauty world, she is a consummate professional.

Lexi says. “I love challenging myself in all areas of life, and look forward to making sure your experience with us is relaxing and rewarding.”

Lexi stays up-to-date on industry trends and techniques by attending conferences and events regularly, and also likes to spend her down time traveling and being a mom to her daughter. She strives to live her life to the fullest and to make the most of each day and every person she meets. Lexi always keeps a cheerful outlook on life and pushes herself to meet new challenges head-on!
Amber
Salon Coordinator
Before working for Lash Out! Amber was working for a local floral mart. She has a passion for flowers and enjoys doing florals for friends and weddings. She has 10 years of customer service under her belt and enjoys working with people. Her amazing customer service is what brought her to Lash Out! where she is trained by Monica to know everything needed about lashes and the business. Amber has been with Lash Out! for 2 years and could not be happier. Working with a group of girls who are supportive of each other and team players makes work not seem like work!
Amber says: "Seeing clients every 3 weeks and meeting new clients who have nothing but positive things to say about the salon and employees here is such a great feeling."

Greeting everyone that walks in to this salon with her warm smile. Amber is friendly and caring with everyone she knows. A mom of 2; cat mom to 1.
Enjoying her free time outside of work with her long time boyfriend and kids. You can find them at the amusement park, swimming or hanging out. Wanting a puppy but needing to wait, they love and enjoy their cat Marshmallow. Lover of all food, wine, & her nieces and nephews. Amber loves being "Aunty Brr or Ambee" as much as being a mom.
